Terms of Service

These terms govern use of AdDesk, a reporting dashboard operated by ZOI Studio PTY LTD (“we”, “us”). By connecting an account or signing in, you agree to them.
1. The service
AdDesk retrieves daily reporting data from advertising and monetization platforms you connect, and presents it as a consolidated dashboard. Accounts are provisioned by us; there is no public self-service sign-up.
2. Your accounts and authority
You may only connect advertising accounts you own or are authorised to access. You are responsible for having that authority, and for ensuring the account owner is aware their reporting data will be read by AdDesk. You must comply with the terms of each connected platform, including the Google Ads API Terms of Service and the AppLovin terms.
3. Read-only
AdDesk retrieves reports only. It does not create, modify or delete campaigns, budgets, bids or ad units. You remain solely responsible for managing your advertising accounts.
4. Accuracy of data
Figures shown in AdDesk come from third-party platforms and are frequently estimates that change after publication. AdMob finalises earnings on the third of the following month; Google Play does so around the fifth; App Store Connect reports different numbers for the same day across its Sales, Analytics and Finance reports.
AdDesk marks unsettled figures as estimates, but does not warrant that any number is final. Do not rely on it as a system of record for accounting, tax or statutory reporting. The platforms’ own payment statements remain authoritative for money.
5. Availability
We aim to keep AdDesk running but do not guarantee uninterrupted availability. Third-party APIs impose rate limits, change without notice, retire versions and occasionally fail; any of these can delay or interrupt data collection.
6. Your data
You retain all rights to your advertising data. We process it to provide the service, as set out in the privacy policy. We do not sell it or use it to train models.
7. Acceptable use
You may not attempt to access another organisation’s data, probe or interfere with the service’s security, use it to breach a platform’s terms, or resell or redistribute data obtained through it.
8. Termination
You may stop using AdDesk and ask us to delete your data at any time. We may suspend access for breach of these terms or where a connected platform requires it. On termination, stored credentials and reporting data are deleted within 30 days.
9. Liability
To the extent permitted by law, AdDesk is provided “as is” and we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, lost profits, or decisions taken on the basis of figures shown in the dashboard. Nothing here excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded, including under the Australian Consumer Law.
10. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of Australia, and the courts of Australia have exclusive jurisdiction.
